The Continuum CORAL COLOR INTENSE V.

The Coral Color Intense System requires the use of 3 products simultaneously: Coral Color Intense V H and MM. The System replaces crucial vitamins minor and trace minerals lost to coral uptake carbon filtration and protein skimming for growth and intense coloration of live corals. It contains no heavy metals phosphates silicates or gluconates.

Use in aquarium keeping.
Vitamins & minerals influence the coloration and color intensity of all corals by providing essential nutrients for the chemical reactions that take place to form biochromes in living tissues. In addition to the three Coral Intense Supplements we recommend that you also use Coral Exponential to provide needed amino acids for coral tissue growth. Continue supplementation of major minerals with Reef•Basis Calcium Magnesium Strontium and Potassium or Reef•Sculpture 2 part or Kalkwasser but discontinue trace element supplements because those will be provided by the Coral Intense System.

The hobbyist should pay close attention to the alkalinity or KH of the system and closely monitor the calcium magnesium and strontium levels. Continuum recommends that you maintain a calcium level of between 410 and 450 mg/L (ppm) an alkalinity level of 7.5 to 9 dKH (2.5 to 3.21 meq/L) and a magnesium level of 1275 to 1350 mg/L (ppm).

Directions.
Shake well prior to use. Add 1 capful (5 ml) per 25 US-gallons (100 L) of marine aquarium water 2 times per week.

Expert Use Easy Calculations: Dosing based on calcium addition is a superior method of addition. In other words for every 20 ppm of calcium added you will add 1 ml of Coral Color Intense•V for every 25 gallons (100L) of aquarium capacity. The calculation is: ml of product = PPM of Calcium added x tank capacity in gallons x .002. (Example: if you have a 100 gallon tank and you are raising the calcium level by 40 ppm you would multiply 100 x 40 x 0.002 which equals 8 ml of Coral Color Intense•V or about 1-1/2 capfuls).

The Continuum CORAL COLOR INTENSE H.

The Coral Color Intense System requires the use of 3 products simultaneously: Coral Color Intense V H and MM. The System replaces crucial vitamins minor and trace minerals lost to coral uptake carbon filtration and protein skimming for growth and intense coloration of live corals. This product Coral Color Intense•H provides the halogens in a timed release system: iodine bromine and fluorine required by the phytopigments that provide color in corals.

In addition to the three Coral Intense Supplements we recommend that you also use Coral Exponential to provide needed amino acids for coral tissue growth. Continue supplementation of major minerals with liquid or dry Reef•Basis Calcium Magnesium Strontium and Potassium or Reef•Sculpture 2 part or Reef•Basis Kalkwasser but discontinue iodine and trace element supplements because those will be provided by the Coral Intense System. Feed animals normally.

Directions.
Expert Use Easy Calculations based on measured iodine level: (Continuum recommends an iodine level of 0.06 ppm in the aquarium.) To increase the iodine level .01 ppm in the aquarium you will add 0.4 ml of Coral Color Intense•H for every 25 gallons (100L) of aquarium capacity. The calculation is: ml of product = tank capacity in gallons x PPM of Iodine addition x 1.6. (Example: if you have a 100 gallon tank and you are raising the iodine level by .03 ppm you would multiply 100 x .03 x 1.6 which equals 4.8 ml of Coral Color Intense•H or about 1 capful).

The Continuum CORAL COLOR INTENSE Mm.

The Coral Color Intense System requires the use of 3 products simultaneously: Coral Color Intense V H and MM. The System replaces crucial vitamins minor and trace minerals lost to coral uptake carbon filtration and protein skimming for growth and intense coloration of live corals. This product Coral Color Intense•MM provides the iron boron and a plethora of the minerals required by the phytopigments that provide color in corals.

Directions.
Expert Use Easy Calculations based on measured iodine level: (Continuum recommends an iron level of 0.13 ppm in the aquarium.) To increase the iron level .01 ppm in the aquarium you will add 1.15 ml of Coral Color Intense•MM for every 25 gallons (100L) of aquarium capacity. The calculation is: ml of product = tank capacity in gallons x PPM of Iodine addition x 4.6. (Example: if you have a 100 gallon tank and you are raising the iron level by .04 ppm you would multiply 100 x .03 x 4.6 which equals 4.6 ml of Coral Color Intense•H or about 1 capful).

The Continuum COLOR BASIS CALCIUM+.
Color•Basis Calcium + is designed to be used with the Coral Color Intense System which also requires the use of 3 other products simultaneously: Coral Color Intense V H and MM. The System replaces crucial vitamins minor and trace minerals lost to coral uptake and filtration; for growth and intense coloration of live corals. This product Color•Basis Calcium + along with the Coral Color Intense products above provides the calcium strontium and other minerals required by the phytopigments that provide color in corals.

Directions.
Shake well prior to use. Add 2 capfuls (10 ml) per 50 US-gallons (200 L) of marine aquarium water 3 to 4 times per week. For best results measure the calcium concentration and add as required to maintain the concentration between 410 and 450 mg/L.

Easy expert use.
Dosing through use of a drip system is a superior method of addition. Do not mix with buffers or alkalinity supplements prior to addition. See our website for compatibility of supplements. Determine the amount of calcium consumption during the time it takes add the entire volume of your drip system. Determine the amount of Color•Basis Calcium+ to add in milliliters by multiplying your tank capacity in gallons by the amount you want to raise it in mg/l (ppm) and by 0.0757. (Example: if you have a 50 gallon tank and you want to raise the level by 10 ppm with the entire dose you would multiply 50 x 10 x 0.0757 which equals 37.85 ml of Color•Basis Calcium+ or about 7-1/2 capfuls).
